As a complete beginner, I was keen, but nervous to start Pilates. I shouldn't have worried as Val has created a friendly, challenging and really fun workout experience. She adapts some of the more complex moves to allow beginners to feel comfortable but also make progress. For anyone feeling nervous, I'd say go for it, Val's classes are a highlight of my week!
